It's been quite a few months, maybe a year since Seth got my speeding ticket reduced to a non moving violation. After speaking with several attorneys I went with Seth because he was exactly as described in his reviews. He was reachable, returned my calls, answered all my questions (which there were many). After a few weeks he and his staff got back to me with a positive outcome. It cost some money in fees and fines but a few months later my insurance had dropped $800. Wow....I was happy I didn't get a speeding ticket or points taken away so that my insurance wouldn't go up. This was a super bonus!

I was wrongly issued a ticket by a police officer who made a snap decision that was incorrect. I contacted Seth for help. He wanted to know the nature of the violation and my side of the story. He then told me to sit back as he would take on the matter for me. He updated me regularly as he communicated with the court, and eventually resolved the matter for me. His fee was reasonable and the results were excellent. I highly recommend him.

I would recommend Attorney David. They helped me have my speeding ticket withdrawn and even if the program they got me into had stopped after my application they got me a waiver. I also got my program fee refunded. Initially I was too worried as most other websites I visited while researching started following me up which I did not like. David's team was quite professional. My only suggestion is they should have a pre set next action steps format sent to their clients so that most questions get answered automatically

I found Mr. Bruffett after calling several lawyers in Syracuse. I had 6 outstanding tickets that I completely blew off and forgot about until I was arrested in NYC over a suspended license. Mr. Bruffett was able to get ALL of my tickets reduced with NO POINTS and he also got 2 tickets dismissed. When I first met him, it was the most pleasant experience one could ask for. He's one of the few lawyers who actually cares about YOU and not your money. He quoted me an extremely reasonable amount for all 6 tickets. I never had to step foot into a court room and he has a great relationship with the DA and he was able to work something out that was in my best interest. As mentioned in many of the other reviews. Seth and Monica spelled out what should happen and it did. Ticket for my daughter from our of state was reduced to nonmoving violation. She was visiting colleges in NY, as she only has her permit a moving violation would have resulted in, a loss of her license for 3 months, driving school, and fines etc... 
I had no referral, just read the reviews and crossed my fingers. The price was affordable, they were very responsive, I could not be happier. Wished I had used him a couple of years ago when I got a ticket in NYC that I made the very expensive mistake of trying to defend myself...
