I contacted Azria Law Office after receiving a speed ticket (+24 mph). Pleading guilty would automatically assign me 6 points + fines to the court, and fines to DMV for 3 years. In addition, my insurance premium would increase. Azria Law Office handled my case in a very professional manner. The charges for the law office is also reasonable. Afterwards my case was converted to no point and a fine below $150. I am much relieved now!

As mentioned in many of the other reviews. Seth and Monica spelled out what should happen and it did. Ticket for my daughter from our of state was reduced to nonmoving violation. She was visiting colleges in NY, as she only has her permit a moving violation would have resulted in, a loss of her license for 3 months, driving school, and fines etc... 
I had no referral, just read the reviews and crossed my fingers. The price was affordable, they were very responsive, I could not be happier. Wished I had used him a couple of years ago when I got a ticket in NYC that I made the very expensive mistake of trying to defend myself...

Azria & Bruffett provided excellent representation for my 89-year old father who was charged with two tickets in Cortland, NY. For a very affordable fee, they were able to obtain dismissal of the moving violation resulting in a very small fine and court costs. What A Find!

I received a four point ticket and googled attorney's to choose who could handle my case, being that I was not local to the county in which I received the Summons. I found Seth Azria's Law firm and read the testimonials. I liked what I read and reached out to him. After retaining his services, I found the testimonials to be spot on. My ticket was reduced to a non point, non moving violation. Later on my son received the same type ticket with the same outcome. Very pleased with the services that he provided.

I was gifted with a 80 in a 55 . Being a CDL I could not afford the points that come with that kind of ticket. Long story short ticket was dismissed . Very happy with the result

Do not hesitate to hire him!

Me and a friend got in legal trouble in a town about 4 hours away from where we live. The charge was very threatening, and we expected to be dealing with it for months with little hope that it would go in our favor. We ended up having all of the charges dropped in the first appearance within about 40 minutes. Words cannot describe how much weight has been lifted off of our shoulders at a very modest price. Best Lawyer in upstate. i got pulled over by state troopers on the way to Ithaca for speeding over 30+ speed limit. I contacted Seth Azria, and that was the best thing i did. I highly suggest using this firm, they had my speeding in a work zone from the Town of Geddes (82 in 55) reduced to a non moving violation with $100 fine and $93 surcharge.

Mr. Bruffett took care of my ticket -- reducing a 4 point ticket to 0 points (with reduced fines, as well). He and his staff were pleasant to work with and I highly recommend them.
