I want to thank the judge and my lawyer for getting my ticket dismissed. my mentally handicapped son called me and i was worried and answered my phone as many times the police have had to respond to his home. I explained it to a policeman when i was pulled over that i thought it was an emergency and hung up immediately when it wasn't. i received a ticket from the police which i plead not guilty to because i have a clean unblemished driving record and i'm 62. thankfully it was dismissed. i strongly recommend this lawyer firm it real was a mess without them.

As mentioned in many of the other reviews. Seth and Monica spelled out what should happen and it did. Ticket for my daughter from our of state was reduced to nonmoving violation. She was visiting colleges in NY, as she only has her permit a moving violation would have resulted in, a loss of her license for 3 months, driving school, and fines etc... 
I had no referral, just read the reviews and crossed my fingers. The price was affordable, they were very responsive, I could not be happier. Wished I had used him a couple of years ago when I got a ticket in NYC that I made the very expensive mistake of trying to defend myself...

Seth and his team helped me out with a speeding ticket I got in Cortland. He was professional and courteous. I spoke with him with-in a hour of leaving a message with his office. All future correspondence was via email, but he was available by phone. I worked with one of his staff members as well. My 31 mph over limit (6 pts) was reduced to non-speeding 2 pts fine. I would recommend Attorney David. They helped me have my speeding ticket withdrawn and even if the program they got me into had stopped after my application they got me a waiver. I also got my program fee refunded. Initially I was too worried as most other websites I visited while researching started following me up which I did not like. David's team was quite professional.
