From the first phone conversation with Seth in regard to my ticket for allegedly operating an electronic device I knew I had the right attorney. Mr. Azria did a great job handled my speeding ticket! All it took was a quick telephone call and he took care of everything. He got my charge (and fine) reduced and I did not have to appear in court. Everything was handled via telephone & email.

Mr. Azria was great to deal with and he did exactly what he promised for a very reasonable fee. I hope I don't need him again, but I strongly recommend him.

I live just shy of NYC and got a traffic ticket in this law firms jurisdiction while upstate for a wedding. Traveling several hours north to attend traffic court wasn't something that was possible for me with my hectic work schedule in healthcare. I got a speeding ticket in the wonderful state of NY.(I live in Texas) I called Seth Azria and he was the best attroney I have ever dealt with just a great guy. He got my ticket reduced to a parking ticket with no points and his fee was very affordable. I will def use him again for any other instance I may need.I travel to Ny from time to time. Was speeding on the Taghkanic on my way back home to the city. David secured me a judgment with 0 points and a $150 judgment. And I didn't need to leave the city. He also has a responsive and courteous staff. Highly recommend.

Fantastic firm! I was traveling 3 hours away when I got a ticket and Azria & Bruffett took care of everything! I only had to answer a few emails! They were in constant contact with me throughout the entire process and got my ticket reduced to no points. I give them the highest recommendation!

I received a speeding ticket in upstate New York (30 mph above speed limit) - this was a 6 point hike on my insurance + fines up to $385. I hired Seth over the phone (I live out-of-state), paid my fees, and crossed my fingers. Wow. My case was resolved in around a month to 0 points and a fine of $135. 100% of my communication after our initial call was over e-mail.

THE lawyer you need when dealing with NY State & upstate Cops

TWICE I reached out to Seth when I got speeding tickets in upstate NY about a year apart. The first ticket was reduced significantly so it gave me great confidence to call Seth from the highway when I got the second ticket! 

With each ticket Seth explained what my options and risks were. He delivered exactly what he promised in each event. He really knows the DA's in each county that he had to deal with and was able to get the second ticket which was a monster 6 pointer to ZERO points!  The fact that I did not have to waste time and wages to appear in court was priceless.

I emphatically recommend Seth for anyone with a New York State or an upstate speeding ticket.
